Qb3+ force queen trade to release the overwhelming pressure of the position.
Sadly white is very likely still going to lose, probably forced to sac the bishop to handle those pawns, then play for a draw being a piece down.
I do not think the pawn can be saved, leaving black 2 connected passers headed for home.
