A pretty good one, not nearly as flashy as some of the Nxf7 games but still well played.
Actually...it seems to me that black played perfectly or at least close enough for the sake of argument. I'm not too surprised being as the vast majority of the game was old news to me.. I've played that line before.. several times.
White made a couple small ones..
If you don't mind, could you please point out the 'huge mistakes' so I can analyze them a little further?
what would you suggest? I was convinced (still am...) that that move is the only viable option. I didn't notice Nh4 mind you...
Actually Be5 is perfectly playable if not better. Bxf7+ is best for sure though.
I'm currently playing a game in the Bxf7+ variation, so I'll post that here when it's done.

Hm, yes, you're right. I am by no means a master of the Traxler, I was just following theory and lines that I had seen posted by others (Possibly you, actually xD) for the first few moves, though those recommended 6. Bd5 for white, at the time I didn't realise why, so when my opponent played 6. Bc4 instead, I thought nothing of it.
Now however, I see why 6. Bc4 is a bad move and how black can capitalise on it, so thanks again :)
