Defeating a FM and Chess.com bug?

So I played two 3' Blitz games against FM TheMagician.

In the first game, I was White and won in an interesting Rook endgame.

The second game, I was playing Black.

I was down to last few seconds in a Q vs R endgame. Finally I managed two Queens on the board with only a couple of seconds left on my clock. Eventually when I delivered the mate, my clock showed 0:0 and the win was awarded to my opponent.

Isn't Mate supposed to end the game? (The online live game notation also showed that the game ended in a mate, but looks like in the final PGN it was not registered!)

Its a tricky situation, but looks like the "clock" triumphed over the game. Hopefully the devs can fix this "bug"!

Maybe. Because I played Qfg6 mate in the above final position and the notation also showed it as Qfg6#, but I was surprised the game result popup showed I lost on time.

Not often do you win two successive games against a Titled player ;)
