    This is similar to a French line 1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5 3.nd2 c5 4.exd5 exd5 5.nf3) with the exception that there is a pawn on c3. In that line, in general, it is very important for black to keep his knights "connected", either put them on c6 and e7 or d7 and f6. So I think bd6 followed by nge7 is best, since if nf6 re1+ that king could easily get stuck in the center
