Here's another game where I traded my rook for two minor pieces to start a kingside attack. I would like some help as my play is not that flawless. Please help me see my mistakes. Thank you.

Where I come from, we call that winning two minor pieces for a rook...
3 + 3 > 5. In my years of playing chess, I don't feel comfortable losing my rook for two minor pieces. Now I'm trying to get out of this stigma, for the sake of active play.
