The title "Nice knight sac"  Should have been...."Nice bishop sac" lol.  Taking those 2 kingside pawns for my black bishop really hurt my opponent I think?  Thoughts anyone? Comments, all appreciated!  :) ;)

You gave 45. Qg6 an "!" even though it allows perpetual check. 45. ... Qe1+ 46. Kh3 Qh1+ etc.

Black shouldnt have played c4, shouldve kept pressure on the center. Then you shouldve played Bc2 because you should be aiming for a kingside attack with all that space. So after e5 the bishop will be hitting h7. You played exd but I wouldve played e5 gaining space, kicking his knight and start a kingside attack. Go to a position later in the game, say move 25. Now imagine you have a pawn on e5 and a bishop on the b1-h7 diagonal somewhere. Similar position ... much better attack

11 ..Nxd5 is better than exd5 because exd5 gives him a backward pawn and unleashes your rook

25 maybe move your biship? Bg5 or f4 or something?

27 Bxd5 is a removal of the guard tactic that wins a pawn.

The sacrifice was sound and good.

Thanks for the comments everyone it was very helpful!

This is my analysis of 27. bxd5.   I see white in big trouble if he takes on d5.  is my analysis wrong?
JamesRook

The above analysis is missing a very important knight!!!! lol That knight changes things.

I knew something was bothering me about your attack! After the sac you missed the equalization. So instead of winning by his blunder you could have maybe come across a more forced win? I personally prefer 34. Bh7+! Kf8 35. Rxe6! after that white perhaps moves his now en prise bishop? If he moved the bishop you could continue with 36. Rg6!! Winning the queen or the game!!

Why didn't anyone else mention this?... I would have thought more people would have spotted it...

Moon....black will play something like nf6 If I take with the rook.  I can not force him to take my rook..thus winning the queen.  And I only win a pawn in that exchange.  If I take with the knight...which is what I did..then I get a rook+pawn for a knight trade...which is much better than just winning a pawn.  If you see anything else better let me know...I couldnt find anything.

ohhh I see...I am hitting his bishop If I take with the rook. Hmm...maybe it is better to take with the rook.  It would be great if we get a good player to analyze that trade.  I am not 100 percent sure which is better...to take with the rook or knight.

I choose rook. Mainly the lines are simpler to me. xD Keeps you in the game and up material. Black has no quick way to attack you. Even after Nf6 white is still better.
