Post your best miniatures here

A quick game I played today, with some very energetic knights, some dubious moves by both sides, but a pretty finish.

    Z.,

"This game was horrid on both sides, but it was over before move 25 even though more moves were played."

LOL - then the game was not over according to you. Not over means not over.

Wrong again. My opponent was the one who thought is was not over. A few moves demonstrated that he was wrong.

Despite some of the spurious claims found here, a true miniature is under 15 moves. This game is an example.

    Z,

You opponent, at least partly, determines the length of a game. In this case, he was able to make the game go past the 25th move.

One could argue that he was down a queen and therefore necessarily lost. But there have been many games in which an opponent loses a queen, and then goes on to win the game.

The is not over just because win material; you must sometimes keep fighting! wink.png
