Yes that suprised me too. I assume that my opponent had premoved his 49th move not expecting me to exhange queens. At move 50, my opponent had about 6 seconds, I had 3 and was using a touchpad. Perhaps I should have tried to win on time by checking, but thought I could mate in time- didn't see that bishop in the corner! :(

Useful tip: if possible leave the opponent with a mobile pawn left to avoid accidental stalemates in such situations.

if I had been white in your game I would have probably played for mate and ignored those black pawns. What was the clock situation?

I thought that was a correspondence game, silly of me lol. So yours was bullet too? Thats very accurate play from both sides, to be expected of such high rated elo players :D
