7. e5 was winning for white.  After trading pawns, or not, black plays Ng4 or to h5, then pushes pawns again to e6 followed by Ng5.

ChesswithNickolay

The FM was king and gave you a win. I had the exact same thing.

ChesswithNickolay

Good job anyway, it is still a win.

Don't be a killjoy! The fun's just begun!

ChesswithNickolay

What do you mean?

AunTheKnight

You're being a killjoy. And the fun just began.

ChesswithNickolay

I am not killing any joy, If I lied that would have made the op aggnorant.

No no. It was a joke. I didn't mean it seriously.

chessguyZaki

Idk what to say but that was MY LUCK

this has to be fake no fide master would blunder and piece and then checkmate at the same time. was he she drunk r sthg?!

Hard to say if there exists a master player who does that. I'm pretty sure there exist such cases (excluding the one in the first post).

The FM probably overlooked that the rook was not protected and assumed that it was protected by the queen. Ironically enough, all the squares around the rook are protected but the rook itself is not.
