lol, don't listen to that troll. 1345 is a good number to be at, especially if you haven't spent a lot of time studying. Try getting some books now, and one thing I can't stress enough: play longer games. 15:10 at minimum allows you to really learn the game, and have time to think about moves. blitz isn't the way to learn.
1345 Blitz seeking help
You have only played 43 games on this site. One very simple way to improve is by playing a lot more games. For example, try playing 2,000 games over the course of the next six months (approximately 10 games a day) and then evaluate where you need to improve. There is no overnight way of becoming strong; you will need to put in the time.
More tactics. 1300's hang pieces all the time. So do a lot of 15-1600's.... Assuming you're playing a human.

actually 82.9% is not really bad....it is just relatively bad for club level and above....find some better players just a little better than you to play if possible.....maybe 1400-1500 level
I think now, at this point I have reached the point. Around this rating I think I'm going to need some help if I'm going to get the 1400, 1500, 1600 points. I'm not bad, but I'm at the point where I'm going to need guidance to go further I played the computer multiple times. I learned new openings, I did many tactics and I analyze many games. Where do I go now.
What for?

Forget about the blitz and what these idiot trolls are telling you. What you should do is play OTB with long time controls That is how you get good at CHESS.
if your live blitz is 1345, then you are bad...
lol...

Yeah, if long time controls is where he wants to excel. This uber classical, anti-blitz mindset (i.e. speed chess isn't really chess) is really provincial. It's just a different format, which millions of players, both weak and strong, enjoy or even prefer.

Tactics, strategy, endgame, annotated game collection.
Read one book for each topic. Use e.g. amazon reviews to find a good book. Books like Pachman's Modern Chess Strategy or Euwe's middlegame books, Silman's Endgame Course or Seirawan's Winning Chess Endgames, Zurich 1953 or Fischer's 60 memorable games. For tactics, if it's a tactics book like this one then each time you attempt a puzzle make a mark for correct or incorrect. For incorrect puzzles, wait a few days, then attempt it again. Keep doing this until you've gotten all the puzzles right on your first try at least once. Use a similar method to review puzzles if you do them online.
For openings I recommend playing a lot of games, and after each, using a reference to look up the opening that was played. There are online references like databases (free and non-free) as well as offline reference books like MCO. The goal isn't to memorize everything, but just learn as you go mostly by playing the moves in real games over and over.
Other than the annotated game collection, your general chess education is built by viewing a lot of high quality games. For the annotated games you'll want to go over variations and think about the positions, but this is different. Just use a few minutes to play over each game. You don't have to understand each game or like them. The point is to see new ideas, maneuvers, openings, attacks, endgames, etc that you haven't seen before.
