Very good game !!

I expected Caruana this time, but Sindrov dominated.

The competition was real in the women's section. The opposite is true of the open section. 
Sindarov did a stellar performance. The lineup was so poor that Caruana and Giri were the only players in the race even for the second position!!

I highly doubt it. I do really wish Hikaru played at his full potential I feel like he was not playing his best at all!!! If he was playing his 100% best, we all know he can play at then yes maybe America would have had a chance, but I feel like he is the only one capable of doing it kind of like when bobby fisher took on all the Russians and won. But it seems like he is not playing to that caliber he needs to be at in order to win. Does anyone else feel the same way because I am very curious???

I have to agree with Magus Carlsen who as gone with Sindarov to win the title, he stated on paper gives Sindarov the edge based on Gukesh poor form since winning the title which as shown he as some evident weaknesses, Carlsen did say Gukesh is a good defender but he feels that Sindarov as no apparent weaknesses in any parts of his game. I have to agree, for Gukesh to win the title he will need more than just a good team around him, he needs self belief and confidents and by not winning a single major tournament since he won the title its at a low, i cannot agree with his decission to pull out of up and coming events and concentrate on training, confidents is gained from playing in events not behind closed doors?!!
