In what context?

Just as a first thought, it would be the most amount of time for any given move.

If you review your chess.com live games and see the move list, you can see black and grey bars with numbers beside them that indicate how many seconds/minutes were spent on each move.

The "Longest Move Time" that shows up when you run a chess.com game analysis displays the time taken of the 'longest move' for white and black in that particular game.
