Any one else having trouble with their 960 games?

I am playing 2 960 matches currently . My most recent match we are on move 3 and the pieces have been reshuffled again- we now have a new starting position! On my second match we were up to move 22 but it is only showing we are on move 5. What is going on? This is crazy! It is strange because the messages sent to me show the correction positions and moves.  I have checked on lap top and phone app and they are the same.

If you can't get there, you can join the "Chess.com Beta Club," and read it and make posts and comments. As has been reported (to me and some others), chess.com is "working on it," and will hopefully have it rectified soon. This has been going on for a few days though, so it must be a pretty bad bug!

I also keep having the problem that they tell me my 960 game has started, and then it’s nowhere to be found. Is this because the adversaries quit when they wanted to play a normal game and suddenly see it’s a 960, or is it some sort of technical glitch ?
