The problem is, the vulgar ads might stop at some point. I recommend that you take lots of screen shots while you have the chance.

may be chess.com developer choosen what kind of ads to show from their ad provider !

you can usually opt-out of ad networks so they oficially stop collecting data for your internet adress and show you the generic stuff that isn't derived from your internet choices but i'm like 99% sure thats not a long term solution.

Report them directly to the site, tough it is possible you have malware on your system causing them.

Not sure if the reward is active but the site can handle the ad networks.

Some ad is adjusting to personal browsing history, cookies, etc. The ads you r talking about might reflect your kind of happiness wink.png

Clear your cookies and cache. Ads usually work on detecting your Internet history and tailoring 'products' to your 'interests'.

lol this is exactly what I came here to say. If there are vulgar ads, it's because OP's internet history is full of vulgar stuff.

Tbh, I don't mind with those kind of ads, they are kinda refreshing my minds after playing chess. No judge please. Everyone has their own reasons.

It seems the vulgar ads have gone away, and I didn't make any changes, and didn't have to delete internet history, etc. There was something fishy about them, since I didn't see any vulgar ads on any other reasonable site, so it couldn't have been my internet history. Regardless of internet history, ad networks should not be showing vulgar ads without user's permissions (even if they fit their learned patterns about someone)...

I would have said the same.

Btw. ad networks nowadays are soo crazy complex, deep leveled and smart regards adressing the users favorites. In your case "most likely" they failed, must have been something like malware on your pc wink.png
