I really want to reach 850. Are there any chess books on positional chess ?

You don't need positional chess. Hate to break it to you, but all you need is to learn how the pieces move and notice during the game which pieces are defended and which are not. The rest is tactics. I would suggest you a book of Susan polgar that is called " winning chess tactics for champions"

Now of course, what I said will not work for you overnight. You have to keep playing hundreds of games to understand the process. Sometimes having someone assist you helps a lot. When I was a beginner, my coach used to assist me to find moves.
