They didn’t follow the right order in opening but I don’t know why white resigned. I believe they are under 1500, it is really hard to say what they are since upto this point it is basically like book moves (only resign makes no sense).

there were some tactics that seemed a bit advanced for sub 1500, and the fact that white just got mates by a simple mating pattern raises suspicions.

Makes it very difficult to guess properly, 1 minute games are inconsistent.
Really bad game; move 11 or WAY before Bb3 should have been played(that's theory even for a bullet game). And black uses this cool tactic but it's actually really stupid because 11. Nxd4 was completely winning due to deflection of the queen when the bishops on c4 and e3 are attacked after 12. Qxd4 Nxg4.... and allowing Rxc2+... idk how to evaluate it it's just bad.
i think white is a 400 and black is a 600.
