Centralizing your king during the opening is the best way to attack your opponent.

It's good stuff! I recommend this opening to everyone.

I agree too. The king is like Shivaji, he leads the army.

Exactly. A brave king charges ahead, leading his forces by example. A cowardly king tucks himself away in the corner (castling) while watching his army burn.

Very nice game! I really liked how you continued to develop your king all the way to the other side of the board. You can see how powerfully the king confused white's pieces, causing them to desperately bumble about and end up being captured.

Fet is just trying to prevent people from getting their freelo in online chess.

Developing your king simply works.

my alt is proof that you can even crush 2200 live blitz players by developing your king.

The best way to win a chess game, is to use the famous isolated K-Pop Pawn.

Just be careful it doesn't get insolated. Or insolent.

True Minority Attack.

Wow, I just abused my freedom of pitch...

Here is some more proof of how powerful a centralized king is. Even my opponent knew that the only way to counter me centralizing my king was for him to do the same. But unfortunately for him, my king reached the center of the board first, with devastating effect.
This is how chess was meant to be played.

Here you guys go. Yet another case of a centralized king dealing swift destruction to the opponent's position.

Smurfing on lichess or on chess.com doesn't "prove" anything. Chompy.

I'm not a @HangingPiecesChomper alt, I'm also not smurfing. These are random games against players that are equal to my skill level. I'm just someone who took Chompy's advice and it's genuinely helping me win games.

Yeah, very convincing. I'm sure people will believe it.

Guys if there is mate in 3 there is mate in 3. Please stop doing this trolling. Also mods, why do you let these guys run? You should mute them instead of censoring my !diot word which is the best word that fits them.

I like to get my king to the other side and then start saying stuff like “ I have become you…. I am in your home…. I am behind you”. I’ve never had anyone mess around in a chess game with me so idk if people find this amusing or the opposite and try to report me. I find it fun as it’s about the dumbest thing to ever say

Moving your king forward in the endgame is perfectly normal and is recommended.

But that isn't what the opening poster is trolling about.

Look at how beautifully my centralized king supported this iron pawn chain in the center. Look at how king development during the opening helped me execute this overwhelming attack against the enemy king, who having not yet developed in the center, ends up running into serious trouble.

Oh, and BTW, at no point during this game was there any mate in 3. Just goes to show how king development works.
