This is definitely manipulation of time by this website, not the players and happens quite often.
Anything contradictory to this is a lie, as the writers of this website have stated, only the writers of this program have control over time and can change it.
I lost 8 seconds when I only took a second to make a move. I couldn't understand how I keep running out of time, now I realise that we are being cheated by chess.com and their shtty system.
I was going to take out diamond membership, but they can shove it.
