Chess.com reacts to letters from the banned

I know that I will probably have to lock it but I thought it was a topic that would be of interesst to many.

I think the main point is to make people aware of this attempt at communication by Chess.com management.

Making this video is in questionable taste. Advertising it...maybe even worse. CC has not even come close to solving the cheating problem. They have about 300,000 reports consistently per month and only ban a fraction of these people. Something doesn't seem right. Maybe work on improving your system and fixing other known bugs.

I'd wager a guess that a large percentage of players believe their opponents are cheating when they're really not.
It's the "How could I possibly lose? I'm so good at chess that only an engine could beat me!" mentality ...
