I am not quite sure, Tantale -  but here are some sources:

Lithographs from periodicals Neos Aristophanis and Ιl Papagallo. The Neos Aristophanis weekly, a publication devoted to political satire, first appeared at the end of the 19th c. following the example of the Italian Ιl Papagallo by Augusto Grossi. The Greek periodical was published by P. Pigadiotis and every issue contained a big colour lithograph scoring Greek politics. About 260 from these are today preserved at the National Historical Museum, as well as 60 from the Italian prototype.
