Dear American friend, no one cares about USCF!

OH! By the way, we are here to play chess. Even I, the guy that has the facts about the world. It's not flat, it is on a stack of turtles. If your friend Ziryab wants my chess.com rating to improve, perhaps we can do the 10-minute blitz thing.

Employing Ziryab type logic, we can play for: if he wins the world is flat, if I win it is on turtles?

Ciao,

Moreover, if Star Trek were accurate*, starships in flight would look like edge-on tortillas due to the Lorentz length contraction.  It so happens that my hometown is WLA and I know some people, and from what I heard, my suggestion actually reached the ears of a Star Trek producer, who nixed it.

*Shields were invented shortly after a starship at warp 2 hit a basketball-sized rock in interstellar space.

I just want to point out this thread drift

(1) You can't tell the difference between our government and the American people. (2) It is our government that saves the world as crazy as that sounds. Because they are busy controlling the Earth's population ergo AIDS, Hepatitis C, and who knows what else they have in store for us. (3) Our intelligence community not only burdens the world it hates its own countrymen and our freedom. (4) Let me give you a brief History of time starting from the inception of The US. (5) The whole affair began when, the framers of our constitution sold our people, hook, line, and sinker, EQUALITY! Equality is a fallacy that was used to fight off the mother country. (6) Our then heads of state themselves didn't believe they were not anyone like a commoner. They merely incorporated the help of those they promised an equal vote and that from the point of the document that outlines the terms of equality and how it would spell out even monetary equality. (7) Later, the civil war was fought again over pretense. Again promising fairness. But, along came the need to control the education of our African Americans because with order and dignity through learning their population would have exploded. (8) JFK and Bobby probably figured why the upper echelon wanted the war in Vietnam. A little late so that heroin could be brought back from the far east in order to take order and dignity from the New York African American and turn what should be our future leaders into junkies.

(9) At about the same time, the intelligence community here was still establishing the oil-rich nations in the Gulf. (10) In the 1950's not too long after the invention of the automobile, Standard oil was sued for anti-trust. (11) A mad scramble was on to make Rockefeller look as if he and others i.e. Chase ect. were not the ones in control of the oil market. (12) The Gulf nations didn't invent anything that required oil, therefore, they had no idea of the small in comparison amount of oil their countries sat on. Much less, how to extract it from the ground.

You may wonder how that is all pertinent? If we as Americans had it our way we would have ended the rest of the worlds hope of ever having anything. It's our government that sells to your councils that they are interested in your human rights when the average American could care less as was evidenced by when Hitler was killing all of you. Meanwhile, we just watched.

The correlation is clear we must suffer under the pretense of N.W.O. while you benefit.

Holy smokes! That word salad rivals the worst of the half-governor's at her least articulate. Numbers added for reference.

Refutations

1) "Government of, for, and by the people" U.S. founding documents

2) The US often fails to pay our UN dues. The UN and private organizations, such as Doctors without Borders do far more for world health that the US government.

3) Claim is too vague for comment.

4) The promise. Nothing to refute here if what follows is true.

5) The word "equal" appears twice in the Declaration of Independence. The first instance in collective--the American people as a whole. The second instance speaks of our natural state before a Creator, through his or her doing. It is expressed as a function of government to protect "unalienable rights". The notion that it is a fallacy is a statement of opinion not fact. Worthy of note, the opinion is not supported with further discussion.

6) The voting franchise created by the Founders was limited to free white men who owned property. Hardly the sort of equality being presented here.

7) Although unclear, it seems that Timmy is suggesting that emancipation was the purpose of the Civil War. Protection of the institution of slavery was certainly central to all that motivated succession by the southern states, but the Union did not care to end slavery until mid-way through the war, if even then. Even the famous Emancipation Proclamation applied only to slaves in states "in rebellion".

8) Fervent anti-communism was the central motive. The notion that running drugs was the government's intent is absurd.

9) Great Britain did more to establish the nation-states in the Gulf than the US.

10) The case was decided in 1911. Close, but bad chronology.

11) Speculative. Implies some sort of broad conspiracy among people who disagreed vehemently with one another.

12) The US didn't invent anything either, but sometimes the US military offered contracts to people who invented things. Sloppy cause and effect.

The rest is nothing more than assertions of political supremacy on the basis of 12 "factual claims" that only contain partial truths in three instances. That is, the narrative is more than 75% false.

It is true that liars write history. Timmy is an example. But, it does not follow that everyone who pens a historical account lies.

The Beatles huh? Charles Manson said they were of Biblical proportion. That they spoke to him especially are you on that same frequency. Are some of those Divine Instructions available on eight-track?

@Ziryab I have wrestled with the thought that you may be as blind as what your articles would lead one to believe. But, I have finally settled on that is probably not true. It is my guess you know the truth, you choose to keep Americans in the dark about history. I am not so much interested in educating you as I am ensuring that no one falls into a false sense of knowledge.

1) "Government of, for, and by the people" U.S. founding documents

Who are you trying to kid, I will give you some examples of a runaway government. By the way, you must have heard that term, "runaway government," or do you contend that little old me made that up? Therefore, you must admit there are others who feel the same as me.  There was a case, Romer vs Evans that was brought forth by the State of Colorado it occurred in the mid-nineties. Or I should say by a minority group within the State. It defeated a statewide referendum bought by 3 counties, Denver, Boulder, and Eagle County. In the descending opinion, Justice Scalia bought up the very point you mentioned by the people. He stated for the record that Denver, Boulder, and Eagle Counties should not speak for the entire State.

Some people who voted for D Trurp reasoned he has made for himself billions of dollars. He must know how to fix a failing Economy. I think its funny that he has money he will not show his books and the some of the people who voted for him do not have a pot to .... in! More Equality.

Another case before our Supreme Court involves a Utah Bio-medical company called Myriad Genetics.

Developed a test that tested for Susceptibility of breast cancer by creating a Strand of DNA but was sued along with the United States Trademark and Patent Office who because the refused to allow submissions to their Lab to be affordable. In the stead of affordable access to the test, they explained that the high price of the test was merely to create competition and that was good for business in general. The Plaintiff argued that the Biotech company stole the DNA from people here domestically.

But the High Court defended the USTPO office by allowing them to remain in the patent in spite of the fact that the suit was brought by too numerous to count doctor's attempting to save lives and countless friends of the court briefs coming from all over the US. Yet another example of, there are several viable treatments for cancer that corporate America would rather make a buck than save lives.

2) The US often fails to pay our UN dues. The UN and private organizations, such as Doctors without Borders do far more for world health that the US government.

That is my point though Dude. The FDA is a rogue organization that uses its influence to shut down Mexico for selling drugs at a cheaper rate. It will not approve claims made by vitamin companies. The FDA also will not approve procedures that are cheaper in lieu of more expensive treatment that for people on Medicaid and Medicare require a pre-authorization request.

I am going to stop short of addressing your ridiculous claims its dinner time. I will be back to finish after chow.
