15,000 games and just getting worse. <800 now and no one to explain/teach me so I’m not making any improvements and really depressing me. I don’t know how to get better and won’t without a tutor. I’m in the UK. Anyone who can help me?

Check your mistakes. The blunders, mistakes, misses and inaccuracies from the game review.
If you found a type of mistake that you always make, work on it.
Think twice, even triple
And blitz doesn’t improve more than rapid or classical. So maybe continue with long time controls.
Use the site, everything. The lesson, puzzles, reviews.
Now this could be common but watch masters games and videos. It can help
Life always isn’t chess. Sometimes take a deep breath, chill and continue. Enjoy it!

But only 152 games of rapid. That's your answer. All you play is blitz.
