Different Types of Masters and USCF

Well, I have been going through the websites Titled Players, and I have some confusion with the different types of masters.  I understand GM, FM, IM, and WM/WIM.  However, I am unsure what CM and NM are.

My other question is: let's say I wanted to become a FIDE master (or above... FM is the entry-level master, correct?)  Can I achieve that by attaining a specific rating with my USCF rating, or how does it work?

Thanks for the help.

Any member who achieves a rating of 2200 receives the title of national master from the USCF. It's the equivalent to candidate master from the FIDE.
