Disrespect for Short baffles me

Short had good winning chances in some of the 1993 games but have clock trouble sometimes that let the situation fizzle out.  Some of his attacks were very bold. He does deserve more credit I think. Remember Karpov went on to win in Linares 1994 by a very good score, so was no push over. Short reminds me of Barnes Wallace. Some good ideas under pressure.

Korchonoi is dead. Which world do you live in??
