It's for the Semi-Slav, 1.d4...d5 2.c4...c6 3.Nc3...Nf6 4.Nf3...e6 5.Bg5 (other move orders possible).

Maybe not a big deal, but you're missing the halfmove clock and fullmove numbers. So,

Also, it's the Semi-Slav, Anti-Meran Gambit. I meant to put that in the OP.

The FEN I posted in the OP was generated by the Lichess board editor.

I read it years ago, but I would like to read it again some day. I think I'm better equipped to understand more of it now.
