Well in my experience it's a continuous cycle: sometimes it can get pretty tedious and time-consuming, while other times I thoroughly enjoy the deepness of every game (likely to happen when both players can spend so much time); I think overall it's great to have so much time but too much of it can really hurt your head and can feel like a chore. I'd say take as big of a break as you can, which of course may not be that long since you don't want to lose on time . Or just get a diamond membership, that way you have like 90 days of vacation time to waste as I did

Sounds like your chess workload is way too excessive. If you play 3 day/move games you'd only need to log in 1 out of 3 days so that might be something to consider.
Spending the 10-15 minutes considering each move on average that you are is sure going to add up. Do you really need to analyse so diligently? If it's taking so much time and causing distress, just adopt a more casual attitude and spend a maximum of say, 5 minutes on each position. It sounds like you're taking it way too seriously! If you're really keen on engaging in full-on "tournament mode" thinking for all your online games, maybe consider drastically cutting back the number of games you have going on.
Padman, you make sense like no one else. I am putting effort of two long real tournaments each day. But it`s good to know human`s limits you know.

I play 20 games, 1 and 2 days per move. I spend something like 5 hours every day?.. And seems like to do assessment over and over(in a live game one makes assessment basically once and then add nyances to it move by move), checking threats, it exhaustes my brain, I am having slight sound in the ears(when television is on like sound) for the last two weeks constantly. That adds overseens to my games too. I always try to make a strong move in every game, spending as much time as needed as if it was a long game.
I mean of course a break of one week would help but come on correspondence chess can`t be that bad!? I don`t work and yeah my physical shape- I dont` do any exercizes lately. But I am perfectly healthy.
So...anyone with something similar?
