Make sure you have activated the product. If you don't put in the serial number, the video will play but the board won't respond.
With the program open. check under 'File' -> 'Activation' or 'Activate Product', whatever the exact wording is, input your serial / activation number and see if that helps.

yes, I entered the serial number and got confirmation the product was activated.
I get "server not available" when I try to activate.
Anyone have problems with the chess board next to the video presentation not working?
