The best feeling any player could get against an over-confident, arrogant, abusive opponent.

Morphys-Revenge

Wow, I actually wasted the time reading this entire thread. Can I get a refund please? What a friggin' waste of time! That's what you want to whine about?

Take up knitting dude!

He just asked you to resign dude

Napoleon-Blownapart

you thought he was abusing you by asking you to resign. it was the right thing to do, because if you did resign, he would have won.

but then you post this on the forums in complete contravention of the terms of service, though BDSM advocates will applaud you.

so you certainly showed him a thing or two about abuse didn’t you ?

The OP is showing the same impeccable character he displayed in the "what are the top 10 chess set manufacturers" thread... wink.png

Posting 'resign' counts as being abusive nowadays?!  Foolish, sure.  Anything happens in bullet chess so no point resigning.  Most players leave a game when it's finished though so it's debatable who is more childish, someone asking their opponent to resign or someone posting it in the forum with silly capitalised accusations of running away which lose any moral high ground you might have had.

Triggered Britain supporting another Britain. Who the hell is he to ask me to resign? If you don't know that is the height of Arrogance. If you don't know psychology go and get some knowledge of it. 4.Bxb8. Such a arrogant. Anyway, I don't care what you kid say. I enjoyed flagging him. He ran away because he can't win. If he had won, he would have well opened his mouth wide. Hahaha.

I ask people to resign all the time. Learn to resign don't waste people's time. In a bullet game it's different, because of flagging. I don't play bullet, I play slower blitz and rapid where it's hard to make a mistake and lose. In those cases, it's really honestly annoying when the person is down a rook or clearly losing and they play it out. a bishop? there's chances for a draw but not in a slow game, so keep this in mind. Please don't waste other people's time writing this hogwash either, it gets nobody nowhere knowing that you managed to flag someone that told you to resign. I'm sure it feels great, but nobody else feels great about it, so just chill bro. Savor it yourself.

Mate, with that rating you're hardly Bobby Fischer. Humble yourself.

DamonevicSmithlov

Resign.

Yiyichen63

Ok

Asking an opponent to resign is disrespectful. If you feel you are winning just demonstrate it and checkmate the guy. On the other hand, I don't get why 4.Bxb8 upsets you. Maybe not the best move, but normal.

did I say I was bobby fischer or anything? I just said it was harder to lose a game when you play slower. I don't see "humbling myself" is a big thing I've even lost games where I thought I was winning. Also if you notice, I have yet to actually lose a game on this account, because I play more on different places due to the laggy servers here. I've tried resolving it with support but it's something with my location to the servers. So please do not try to generalize how good I am based on a rating I have yet to complete, mate.

Who am I to disagree? I've travelled the world & the seven seas. Sweet dreams are made of this. Hold your head up, moving on....Thanks to Eurythmics & Annie Lennox for these apt lyrics and song. Chess and life are too short, so keep calm and carry on and smile! ;-)

Thats racist

Do you know the definition of “racist”?

NaturalPatzer

Who cares Mohan? Get over it.

glamdring27

I must remember next time my opponent trades a bishop for my knight that he is arrogant.  No-one has any business taking my knights, and for someone to think they can win without one of their bishops just takes the biscuit.
