His rank was 1200 and he didnt have any game on his archive.....
It is possible that he has had multiple accounts- as I said, report it and the admins of the site will look into it.

Try reporting to staff/moderators who are online.That will mean that you will have an answer wayyyyy faster.

Plus why would he want to relieve the secret?He knows that Chess.com or members will report him/her.So why?

Hi im sorry, I'm new on this site, and I'm having a kind of problem. At my 4th match I was playing some user that it was his first match. He was way better, so I asked him if he used to play before. The answer was that he cheats, and that he erase his account all the time and start again. Is this possible??? i thought this site was different that others i used to play but im guess i was wrong. Is anyway to do something about this kind of users? I believe is unfair for new users like me to face better player that start over and over.
