How do i start up a chess club

Hi ..I have been tinking of establishing a chess club in Africa particularly in Nigeria and really don't have information on how to go about it ... anyone with useful information ideas and will be most welcome .. I want an environment where fun lovers will gather together to have fun while playing chess ... More so I love the game of chess!!!

It's not hard. Get a couple of sets and boards. Clocks are optional. Find a place you can play that is open to the public. Put up a notice. Advertize it online. Invite your friends. The main thing is to show up every week or day or however often you want it open. You must always be there- on time. Have patience. It may take a while.
