there's a photo, I'm not sure where I saw it, of two grandmasters playing chess in a swimming pool. One of them may have been Fischer, I'm pretty sure it was...I'm not sure who the other was...maybe Larry Evans? I'm sure someone here will know.

thanks for that background. I just looked it up. Fischer won the last four games in a row of the nine game match with Petrosian. I'm sure lots of people know lots about this, but I don't. I thought Petrosian was a pretty tough nut to crack...Bobby Fischer sure cracked him. 

yeah, cracked him is putting it mildly.

I like to play on a train while it travels in the rain on it's way through France to my hotel.

I play in the shower on my phone i have anitamoster cover so it helps with that
