How to get a FIDE rating?
I think the OP means "How do I get a FIDE rating?" Not "How do I get a FIDE title?" The easy answer is that you have to play in FIDE rated events and meet some minimal performance standard. But to get the best answer he should probably consult the Turkish Chess Federation

I'm living in England though
That makes it easier! Contact the British Chess Federation, and they can help you figure out the requirements. I'm assuming you intend to play in England
Word of actual advice: FIDE ratings are hard to move much if you're not very young. k-factor fades to 20 quickly for adult players. I generally think playing OTB rated events pretty often is important to improvement, but if you start out with a provisional rating you don't like after your first few FIDE events it's harder to change than your local federation's rating is likely to be. For this reason I'd say if you aren't playing nationally rated events, you should focus on that for a bit, especially given your ratings on chess.com, but maybe not FIDE events just yet. Otherwise in a few years like me you could end up a bit stuck with a low FIDE rating despite having gained a huge amount of USCF rating in that time, because FIDE k20 is less reactionary. More than once in the past year I've had the experience of winning my section or finishing second in a dual-rated event, gaining large amounts of USCF rating, and my FIDE barely moving. It's more than a little tilting.
If you're under 18, however, FIDE's k40 will help out a little, so I mainly write this for others who may see this.
You'll need to participate in a tournament which counts FIDE rating. But I suggest you preparing for it really well, otherwise you'll get the rating which will be lower than your "actual" one.

I know the feeling lol. My FIDE rating is 1251, even though I feel like I'm truly capable of maintaining a 1600 rating. It takes so long to get your rating up because FIDE tournaments don't run very often and the games take so long to play. I don't mind though. If anything, it's actually kind of fun beating 1600 rated players and seeing the look on their faces
Hi,
I see some people with a FIDE rating on their profile, how can I get one?
Thanks
