I can't stop sucking at blitz

there's a clear disparity between my tactics ability and game play. tactics I have a score close to 2000, daily 1300, blitz 800... there's clearly a mental edge missing. I keep playing games with a level of disdain for myself and the opposition which leads to many errors. but I can't seem to shake it... it's driving me crazy, and the more stressed it makes me the worse I play. I've taken time off and it hasn't helped either... any advise!?!
Just distract your self try looking at some random goofy video while playing and play simple chess
Tactics rating are always way above your real live chess ratings. Blitz is typically lower than rapid. It’s normal. Focus on longer time controls until you become a comfortable intermediate player. Then you can bring your speed chess ratings up.
But I really ain't got other stuff to say I suck at bullet
I'm usually watching YouTube while I play bullet people are pretty slow

maybe they are flagging you, play 5 mins ig
Solve every tactical problem in less than five seconds and you will see it more accurately reflect your skill at blitz.
Play 15|10 rapid.
Blitz is bad for progress.
Tactics ratings are generally above Live ratings, Daily ratings are kind of weird
You’re just bad at fast chess, nothing practice cannot fix!!

you're pretty good at blitz, any training or study you'd recommend? Practicing blitz seems to dig me deeper into the hole...

Uh tactics, getting better at not hanging pieces, and endgame practice helps.
