I just won two games and my elo didn't change

Normally when you click on a completed game it shows you the elo that you gained or lost. My last two games haven't shown that. Both games had more than 4 moves. One ended in a checkmate and my opponent resigned in the other. Whats going on?

They were unrated games
When you play the game and it is unrated then you don’t win or lose elo. That’s just how they made it.

Okay but where can i go to check if its rated or not? I dont know I would have even turned that off. Is it a setting? I only want to play rated games
