I spent about 9 hours playing seriously today. I KEPT getting to 2250 then going down to 2200. Sometimes even to 2140. I kept playing. Repeated this process about 20 times. Now I kept punching my Chromebook. Now I'm at 2000. If chess.com doesn't refund me points. I might just Break my Chromebook. And to the supervises at my school. It's not that serious. Don't actually mean "kill myself"

I'd recommend mindfulness and walks in nature.

And, if appropriate, remind yourself that chess is insignificant, and that you don't live in Ukraine, Gaza or Lebanon etc etc etc.

The frustration you allude to definitely represents a deeper dissatisfaction with your life.

i can never even get close to 2000 so you should feel good about your rating because i spend countless hours here stuck at the same garbage rating

It's fair, your not the only person playing chess, losing happens. stop whining.

Losing happens. Check my damn blitz stats if you wanna keep talking. Then you'd know what tilting is.

I understand your tilting, just stop being a baby about it. Mostly everyone goes through tilt and you can either be like this and let it visibly effect you or you can think of solutions to what you could be doing wrong. By what it seems everyone is telling you to take a break if your not going to listen to them or any other advice than simply stop looking at this forum you made.
