Impossible to get better if only play 3 minute

I only play 3 minute games, but have thousands of games. Stuck in low elo 300-400. Don't like playing longer times because it's too slow and I already have my moves memorized

Playing longer games allows you time to think and therefore improve your game play though. However this is different for everyone. If you continue being stuck in the same rating, switch to longer games and see how you do.

Do not play blitz or bullet games under 1200. First improve in rapid games to 1200, preferably 15|10.

That sounds like a "you" problem. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Playing games doesn’t actually help you improve at a point. Try cycling games with puzzles and a tiny bit of endgames.

Everyone learns differently. There are people I think who can become good chess players from blitz. But most people cannot.

I don't think you need anyone here to tell you what your issue is. You've outlined it pretty well. Obviously you are stuck because you refuse to play longer time controls. You say you have the moves memorized, but if you are stuck in the 300-400 range, the moves you have memorized aren't good enough. That's the issue with only playing blitz and bullet - you reinforce BAD moves.

No. It is possible but consider the clock as a major part of the game, the shorter the clock the truer this statement.

There is no substitute for good moves, meaning, you cannot beat good moves. Unless you flag a guy by making unsound, yet strategic moves because he is low on time.

In 3 minutes or bullet TC you can gain a huge advantage by playing memorized and sound openings.

Playing alone isn't going to get you the improvement you want.

You need to study and analyze, too. That's where new ideas and new understanding comes from.

Studying and analyzing is how you learn. Playing is meant to practice and hone what you've already learned.

Blitz doesn’t give you enough time to think. Play rapid and check for blunders and you’ll improve

And yet you are stuck. So it's time to make a change. Most of the responses you've gotten have all recommended the same thing.

I normally play 30 min when I play against humans.
