4P rating systems are kinda weird, I don't think they follow the Glicko RD formula and chess.com might have had to make their own formula. I have experienced stuff like this too.

I am winning against 2000+ with checkmating all other three - getting scored just around +12.5
Losing against 1900-2000+ - getting hammered with more than 15 points.
Playing against 1400-1600 rates and things get even uglier.
Why is that? my rate is 1700 and I am stuck from a week on it!
