Is it easy to reach 2000 FIDE ?

It's not so hard provided you have the right psychology for it... but if you don't, then it's nearly impossible.

By "right psychology" I mean you have to really like chess. Playing, but not just playing, you have to also like learning and improving. If you're passionate about these things then it might take 5, 10, or 20 years, but you'll be able to get there.

By passionate I mean the first thing you think of in the morning and last thing you think of when going to sleep. I mean you come across an interesting game or position and plan to look at it briefly, then the next thing you know it's many hours later.

 

(Of course there are a few basic things too like you can't start at age 60, you need access to opponents who are better than you, and you need access to learning materials.)
