If you're active in activities like vote chess and team matches you may have a high view to post ratio. Also you get points for non forum posts too (like messages or in groups).
Oh, also if your avatar is a young female. You'll get 100 views per post lol.

Also there's no way to differentiate the ratio for different periods of activity i.e. this is the 2013 award but you don't know when the ratio was generated.
And of course this is all assuming that posts/view ratio is a good way to determine interesting / positive contribution. e.g. an active troll with a cute pet as an avatar is likely to get many views and posts for all the wrong reasons.
With this criteria he would surely be the winner. Created in 2013 so you know it's all recent.
