This week I lost 22 points from 3 games I didn’t even play, and given I was only a 730 rated player before this happened, I just can’t afford to lose these hard earned points. I raised a query with Chess.com 3 days ago but haven’t received a reply so far. Am I likely to receive a response anytime soon🤔🤔 Thanks in advance👍

Have you used the support bot to contact chess.com?

No, I didn’t start any of these games and didn’t even make a move, and yes, I have raised a query via the support tab👍

Last 3 games in your game history look like you got paired with the opponents but did not move hence games were "abandoned" and you "lost"

As for the support tab: they may reply in a week or even later despite they write something like "...within 1-3 days"
