I do not feel like losing to a 700 rated player because he decides he can use an engine in our games. Is there any way the game can be terminated?

Just because someone says they're using an engine doesn't mean they are - it's possibly just mindgames. If you're concerned about it, get a screen shot and report it to the Support team via Help --> Report Abuse, and they will investigate.

You can also use the abuse report that's on every page in v3 and which automatically generates a screen-shot (hover over the ? ):

A man plus an engine with a 700 rating doesn't intimidate me very much.

I would play the game and then analyze it with your own engine after finishing the game. IF the engine thinks that he played abnormally well, then you can report him. Please report in a calm and logical manner.

I did that once, I am around 1800 rating, and I lost to a 1200 rated player who played extremely well. (Like that of a 2400 or higher)
