Also it is not God's fault too. Life is just life. Life is never a straight path. There will be multiple paths and obstacles that stop you. Just don't let your parents stop you from pursuing your dream.

Those types of discussions are pretty much irrelevant here, or at least, you won't be able to find an effective solution. You might try directing it to an appropriate community. Or so I would like to say to your original problem, but your family could've easily blocked the chess site throughout the whole year you've been on the site, if that's the case.

Stop with these fake stories. If your parents were that strict and Asian, they wouldn't have let you have access to a phone or laptop in the first place.

If this is true (it maybe is a little exaggerated) tell an adult that is not a parent about the situation. If another adult believes you then call the police & if the police believe you then they will help you find a new family maybe. This is also not a general chess discussion, so please move it to the off topic section. If @ satan_llama is right please delete this forum, because this is not something to joke about. It is also not the responsibility of Chess.com members to talk to the authorities if their is no proof. I am sorry if that did happen.

The only problem is that this is a website where most people are anonymous, so this is not a suitable place for reporting such an act... It is better to report it in your school or at a nearby police station...
