Pushups great exercise!
I love perfect pushup work out I use this at home it really works.
Best exercise is....WALKING.
Gentlemen, come on now...fencing over "best exercise," is a bit much. Don't you agree it really depends on factors like age, current physical condition, and personal likes and dislikes. Whatever interests one enough to actually exercise and keep at it is a good place to start.
But, regardless of age....anybody can meditate for health benefits and it costs exactly nothing.
You could always try laughing yoga :
I just tried it....and by golly...lol...it works great.
i didnt miss it erik=aikido
yes push up also good especially push of finger style especially 2 fingers styleor missionary style.
yes walking is the best exercise but not 5 miles just like what the military trains to do for their legs and feet.,with packs and full combat gear.walking away from trouble is also an exercise from a learned man.
