Top choice in Chessbase is 7. h3 Bh5 8. g4 Bg6 9. Ne5 with white scoring 61% and if 7...Bxf3 8. Qxf3 and you're fine.

i'd just castle and develop as normal.

maybe even d5 if you're extremely anxious about pressure on the d4 pawn. then the pinned knight is no longer defending it.

Ditto to Neskitzy's comment. More generally, that pin is poor for Black because White castles queenside, which means White doesn't mind expanding his kingside immediately with h3, g4, then h5 to further chase off Black's bishop. The result is that White gets a huge amount of space on the kingside, Black's bishop must retreat to h7, and Black sometimes must develop his king's rook on the h-file via a later ...h5. Black can survive with correct play, but White will always have at least a slightly better position.
