Hans should be allowed to play, but only under the strictest conditions.

No spectators, strictly secure tournament hall, no re-entry. Full body MRI and full body X-ray/CT scan daily. Literally no metal allowed, even zippers, have special clothing provided so the strongest metal detectors can be used that detect even tooth fillings.

Hans comes from a very wealthy family, and has won significant prizes, and earned significant money through streaming and coaching.

It would be no problem for Hans to hire top tier Engineers, assembling a team and giving them an very large budget to create a cheating device. Electrical engineers, Mechanical engineers, software engineers, would work together to create a sophisticated miniaturized product that might fit inside a tooth, or be deeply implanted near bone.

Testing would be done beforehand to ensure that it does not trip metal detectors.

Proof that the famlily is weatlhy?

Seriously, that is your question?

The post that you quoted is complete nonsense.

The fact that Neimanns family is wealthy has nothing to do with cheating. Poor people cheat too.

Wealthy parents don't always give their kids money.

That's true. I'm sure the parents have tried to be supportive but sometimes the acorn falls far from the tree.

"Hans Niemann is the surprise choice to play top board for the six-player US squad at the World Team Championship in Jerusalem on 19-26 November. It will be the 19-year-old’s first event since launching his $100m lawsuit against the world champion, Magnus Carlsen, and others."

Regarding people outside top level chess - would any of them have an inkling of whether a GM is cheating or not?
Apparently there have been instances of titled players being caught with cheating devices.
But if there is never any concrete proof against Niemann then what will happen?  Again - hard to know.
