Taking the queeen is not always the best move - and the best mate is the fastest mate. Sure, problems occur - but many problems in a row is doubtful. Tactics trainer will show you your past puzzles.
Your can reset your rating as well.
Already did.
But the important thing here is the strange behavior:
- I played 5 games when is permitted only three (free members).
- Always lost in the first movement, and did not show up the button to continue the training.
You may wonder how I played several? Simple, reloading the page [F5].

Tactics Trainer is malfunctioning, I lost a lot of points, despite solve mates, or take the queen, etc.
Also, as a free member, should only solve three problems, but today there are no limits.
Can chess.com clear the record and get my points back?

I guess what happened you spend too much time thus getting -1. you get a minus score even though you solve it if you use to much time.
why should you get points back - just earn them back it should be easy since the problems are easy.
