It has become tedious, distracting and pointless when you see that some certain opponents Taking multiple vacations in the middle of a tournament contest.  There's got to be a limit for that i.e. x number ot times you could do it.  Any thoughts?

The enter no vacation tournaments. Problem solved.

What about those who when nearing time up e.g. 1 hour extend it to 41 hours. Just happened to me today. How is that done or can be avoided?

What is the big deal? It's not like you are stuck at a table waiting for your opponent.

Why not start other games?

There is a limit. Even diamond members can store only 90 days of vacation and they add 5 days per month, so they have an effective limit of approximately 3.5 months. That may seem like a long time but it will pass quickly.

It is not a big deal just that when I enter a 3-day tournament match I don't like to keep stretching to x days. There's a bit of continuity when <= 3-day.

Again. Enter NO Vacation tournaments.

I don't see the "no vacation" flag anywhere when looking at our match against "Pawn Society".

Although I agree with the responses, I also agree that is is annoying. Unless one is suddenly going under immediate surgery, etc, it's not too difficult to make one whole move every day or three 🤷🏻‍♂️. Certainly within the rules, but strikes me as a bit rude. Plan ahead.

I have 3 daily games going right now, I'm on vacation and posting. That doesn't make me rude.

"strikes me as rude" ...just a very unimportant personal opinion, not a judgment.

Appreciate your honesty.

Easy solution I will lay out step by step. 1. Login to site. 2. Go to games. 3a. Did my opponent make a move? If they did you make a move. 3b. Did my opponent make a move? No. Go do something else.
