There is a "report problem" button in settings in the apps. It send information about your device, which release, etc. to the developers.  It allows you to send an email with more details so that in the event your app is frozen, you have something to report when you restart it.

The app freezes at approximately 7 degrees celsius. If you have cold hands, you may want to hold a heat pack underneath the phone while you play, or set the phone in your lap, since that part of your body has a high blood volume which will warm your device.
