things that make you lose your cool

I've recently started playing chess again and enjoy trying to figure out the tactic puzzles since I know this will make me a better player. However, what makes me really lose my cool is when I talk myself out of the right move.
Does this happen to others as well? what other types of things make you lose your cool as well?
When I played super well and am winning a game, but lose concentration for one second and make a stupid mistake, losing me the game.. But hey, I'm a beginner, so I learn to do that less ..

What makes me lose my cool is when I start calculating a line the begins with taking my opponent's bishop with my bishop, see it's the solution after several moves, then take the bishop with my knight by mistake.
