As far as we know, it's not possible but it has been postulated that with exotic matter and a black hole, in theory at least, it might be achievable. This is a very long shot, if you're hoping to use it to win a Chess match though.

Many players win with that unfear way using time eventhought you can't use or do that! They take 1, 2 or 3 min more. Really its very irritating!

This is maybe due to your connection. I remember a game i played in Rapid but then lost connection. I couldn't even resign. My opponent had to wait some minute before autoresign

Each player gets the same amount of time. You can see the clock change based on lag, lag compensation, and potentially disconnects.

I once heard a song on the radio while in a car and the female singer sang about the same question about renewing time or turning back time

I know loosing on time is frustrating, especially when you are in a winning position, but being publicly hysterical doesn't seem to be a solution to your problem.
